The Libraries provide students attending WVU Morgantown via distance education classes access to library services that are of the same standards as library services provided to local students. Distant education students can find those services here.

When an instructor wants the entire class to see a document, they can place it on electronic reserve. Students can then login with a user ID and password (provided by the instructor), and read articles, book chapters, notes, old quizzes or tests, study notes, presentations, etc. If your instructor tells you something is on reserve in the vertical file or on closed reserve, that means it is in print and you need to go to the Access Services desk to get it (bring your Mountaineer card).
